[The end of the latest spell seems to have flushed a few people out of the woodwork.

Kai is in a room that appears to be a large greenhouse. It's mostly empty of plants, which would explain why he's hauling a bag of soil to the far end where several packets of seeds and a few baby potted plants are seated, dressed in worn jeans and a faded t-shirt that is slightly too small for him, probably something he picked out a few years ago and never threw out.

Axel (

conflagrate) is blowing bubbles in one of the main rooms. She hasn't been around at all in the last few months, but it doesn't look like she's been upgraded back into a Lea. Each of the bubbles has smoke in them, and popping them will release the smell of wood burning!

There's a kid of about nine in one of the kitchens, which appears to be full of highly venomous snakes. Oops.

A Naminé is seated on the edge of a fountain, dressed in her normal little dress despite the lingering chill of winter. There's a flush to her cheeks from the cold, but she doesn't seem too bothered as she trails her fingers through the water.

Lastly, that one girl Sora with the broken keyblade is making an appearance again, too. She's stretched out on the floor of a little den-like room with a fireplace, and she's got a pile of... drawings? She's no artist, but she's carefully adding lines to what appears to be a boat design!]

[Sure, why not. She's been one before. She closes her hand around the dark fire and then looks back at the snakes. That Stopra should be ending about now.]

[He's going to watch intently while that happens! He doesn't really need her to keep them still for him, but it is kind of handy...]

[Isn't it? Not to mention less dangerous for anyone else, too. She watches the spell end and then looks at him.]

Do you want help, or should I just go?

[He eyes her critically for a moment before shrugging and casually turning away.]

You can if you really want, I guess.

[She glances back at the pantry, smirking a little.]

There's a sack in here you might be able to use. If you want to empty out the potatoes.

[He shrugs and heads for the pantry, not really caring about getting potatoes everywhere if it means easier snake collecting.]

Okay.

[Like she cares about potatoes. She'll be leaning against the wall, ready to cast a Stopga on everything in sight. Except him. Funny as it might be.]

[He would be a little annoyed if she did that. I mean really. Anyway, he's just dumping the potatoes on the floor, who even cares, and is going to start scooping snakes into the sack before she's even let loose the magic.]

[She's not surprised by that, but she does step in to cast a Stopga on all of the remaining snakes. Not the ones in the bag, because that would be inconvenient.]

[He seems content to ignore her as he gets back to work collecting the snakes still out in the open. At least he's not getting bitten, even if the venom wouldn't do much to him.]

[She'd rather he not have to deal with bites, even if they wouldn't do much. He should have enough time to get all or at least most of them before the spell wears off. Riku's not bothering to gather any herself.]

What are you going to do with these, anyway?

I dunno, find somewhere to keep 'em. I guess you probably don't know where I could get some rats for them, huh.

[He takes a moment to give her a doubtful look. She definitely doesn't look like she'd know where to get anything he'd need.]

What kind?

[She totally does. You (currently) have no idea what type of people she hangs out with, dude.]

Any kind, I guess. Some mice or some pups from either would be good for the smaller ones, too.

[And by pups he means baby mice or rats, obviously, not... actual dog puppies.]

I know where a pet store is.

[There are probably also some rodents in Halloween Town, but... She doesn't really want to go through taking him there.]

I guess that'll have to do.

[It's actually more helpful than he was expecting, but she's not about to get open gratitude.]
